Sam and Fuzzy Vol 6 and 7 are now on Kickstarter!

Hello, Sam & Fuzzy Vol 5 team!
I thought I'd post to let you know, just in case you hadn't already heard: Sam and Fuzzy Vol 6 and 7 are kickstarting now!
Book 6 and 7 collect the epic conclusion to the series. (That's right... the big ending is here!) Just like the previous books, they're available in both softcover and deluxe hardcover omnibus forms that will match your other books. And thanks to conquered stretch goals, the hardcover Book 6 and 7 come in this rad slipcase.
If you would like to help the campaign and pick up some books, you can do so right here! We're currently raising funds to add a bunch of fun bonus features to Vol 6 & 7. But because things are going so well, we're also hoping to make slipcases for hardcover 3-5 as a future stretch goal. I know many of you have been hoping to get a slipcase for your own copies of 3-5, and I'm hoping this is our chance to make it happen!
Today specifically, I'm also doing a successor event to this campaign's infamous "Cybear Monday"! Once again, I'm drawing a big group portrait of alternate versions of Fuzzy, based entirely on backer suggestions. So if you back the project (or already have), you can suggest a Fuzzy in the comments here!
I gotta tell you... it is pretty wild to be here, making the final Sam and Fuzzy books. What a journey this has been! (17 years in the making!) I'm so excited that we're going to be able to complete the series in print, and with your support, I know we can make these last books as fancy as possible.

New Book: Vote Dog! Kickstarter ends TODAY!

Hello, everyone! I thought I'd drop a note in case you missed it... I'm currently kickstarting a new book, and the campaign ends today!
VOTE DOG collects all my Butcher the Cat, Baker the Corgi, President Dog, and other critter-based comics in a new full colour collection! Most of these comics have not (and will not) be collected in any of the Sam and Fuzzy books. Because they're being collected in this one! And there's also quite a few brand new book exclusive comics in there, too!
VOTE DOG comes in both softcover and hardcover forms, with spines designed to match the Sam and Fuzzy books you already have on your shelf. That's how I roll!
And there's lots of other goodies you can get via the campaign, too. Prints and pins! Sam and Fuzzy books! (There are some good deals on the hardcovers in the librarian and completionist tiers!)
And of course, custom art commissions! The Kickstarter page emphasizes pet portraits, but I'd be more than happy to do Sam and Fuzzy stuff, pin-up-y things, or any of the other kinds of art folks like to get from me.

Hi, everybody!
Thanks for all your kind words about the new books. I'm very proud of them. And I'm thrilled about all the extra bonus features we got to pack in as a result of this campaign's success -- I'm glad to hear you're getting a kick out of them, too!
As of mid-July, everyone should have received their books -- with the exception of a couple of orders that were missing addresses, or that needed replacements for damaged items. And this week, I mailed out all the art commissions and additional custom bookplates that folks ordered. (Except for a couple where I'm still waiting for the buyer to tell me what they'd like me to draw!) The only thing I have left to finish is the custom avatars... I should have those wrapped up in a few days!
Now that backers have their orders, all the new books are now available to purchase in our online store! If you're missing any of our books, old or new -- or if you know anyone else who would be interested -- you can get all of 'em right here!
You'll find all my other Sam and Fuzzy swag in there, too, including a pair of brand new t-shirts. You'll also find additional custom Artist Edition bookplates, if you needed any to add to any of your books!

Bookplates!

Hi everyone! Thanks for all the kind words from everyone who already got their books. (And to everyone else, I can't wait 'til yours arrive, too!)
As some of you will have already seen, if you got an Artist Edition copy, we decided to to include your custom bookplate unattached, rather than pre-inserted into your book. We had a feeling some of you might prefer to pick which book it goes in, or not put it in one at all. (Maybe you'd like to hang it up!)
That said, if you would like to put it in one of your books, it's dead easy. There's lots of ways to do it, but here's my Personal Favourite Method:

I'm sure this will be obvious to some of you! When it was first shown to me, I thought it was magic, but I'm very easily impressed.

Books Have Shipped!

Greetings, everyone. As you may well have already heard: the books -- and all the other backer rewards that are not original art -- have shipped!
Your shipping notification and tracking information will have been sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. For some of you, I suspect this is not your regular address, so be sure you're checking the right place! (And if you're having trouble finding it, check your spam box in case it was caught by accident.)
If you have any questions or concerns about your parcel, just drop me a line at [email protected], or message this account via Kickstarter. There are always a couple of hiccups with any mailing campaign but worry not, we'll sort 'em out if they pop up.
A couple of people have already received their copies, presumably because they live very close to where they were shipped! Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your books to get to you. But they are on the way!
Art Rewards
Meanwhile, I'm busy working on the last chunk of your rewards - art commissions, custom avatars, and extra bookplate two-packs for the folks who got em! If you got any of these items, they'll be done in the next few weeks.. but they will ship out in a separate parcel from the rest of your rewards. (Or, in the case of the avatars, will be emailed to you!)
